I’m super excited today to introduce a new side to the Knots & Kisses wedding brand … Workshops!
Since starting Knots & Kisses in 2009 I’ve always wanted to help as many couples as possible achieve their dream decor for their wedding and make it look beautiful and personal to them. But obviously there are those of you out there who are loving the idea of organising and creating everything yourselves or, to be honest, just don’t have the budget to hire a wedding stylist to design and set up your day for you.
So I’ve been thinking about how I can help you too! Enter Knots & Kisses Wedding Workshops! Alongside some amazing other wedding professionals and experts I am hosting a wonderful day out for you as a couple … or bring along your family or besties! … to kick start your journey and give you the tools and skills you need to design and create your own wedding decor!
Our first workshop is on Sunday 16th February at the beautifully inspiring Brickhouse Vineyard, just outside Exeter, and will be a full day including a welcome drink, 4 amazing workshops and a gorgeous lunch! I’ll be joined by the amazing Harriet from De Winton Paper Co. … an incredible wedding stationer, watercolour artist and published author … who will be teaching you how to create beautiful placecards for your wedding tables. Also joining us is the lovely talented wedding florist Gemma from Poppy’s Flower Studio. A fantastically experienced wedding florist who creates stunning floral arrangements from locally sourced flowers, Gemma will be telling you all about how to create simple arrangements for your wedding and how you can get the best from DIY wedding flowers.
Plus I’ll obviously be hosting 2 workshops myself … giving you all the hints and tips you need to create a cohesive colour scheme and moodboard for your wedding … and then take that knowledge to create a beautiful tablescape for your wedding meal!
