Well I don’t know what the weather has been like with you but I’m a little sick of all this horrible rain this week! Its definitely something you have to learn to live with if you live in the South West as we get a lot of rain … but then that’s why it’s so pretty!
On Sunday I had a lovely time at the Abode Exeter Wedding Fair and spent a lovely few hours chatting to customers about their stationery and catching up with some of my fellow wedding suppliers, and I’m now really looking forward to the next Blue Fizz Event and the stunning Art Deco Saunton Sands hotel in North Devon on the 22nd November. One of the other great things about exhibiting at a wedding fair is the left over flowers from my stand which have been making my kitchen look very pretty this week and I’ve also been using to create some lovely photos of my stationery for my Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/knotsandkisses/ .
I’ve found lots of wonderful inspiration from wedding blogs as well this week and here are just some of my highlights …
I can’t get enough of the new Claire Pettibone ‘Into The Sunset’ collection featured on Love My Dress this week http://www.lovemydress.net/blog/2018/01/romantique-claire-pettibone-into-the-sunset.html#more-390635
I also loved this Woodland Copper Wedding styled shoot featured on the Whimsical Wonderland Weddings blog http://whimsicalwonderlandweddings.com/2018/01/romantic-boho-woodland-metallic-copper-wedding-ideas.html . I especially loved the dreamcatchers and the woodland location.
This post about the art of accessorising your wedding dress on the So You’re Getting Married blog is genius and will definitely make a few brides think twice about having a reception dress as well as a ceremony dress! http://www.soyouregettingmarried.com/2018/01/11/the-art-of-accessorising-uk-wedding-blog/
I loved the dramatic photos of this engagement session on the Wedding Sparrow blog http://weddingsparrow.co.uk/2018/01/10/formal-engagement-session-with-a-horse-in-wyoming/
Across the pond this stunning wedding on the Style Me Pretty blog had a gorgeous colour palette of muted greys, mauves and greens which was really elegant http://www.stylemepretty.com/2018/01/12/summer-willow-tree-wedding-at-black-swan-lake/
And finally I loved this autumnal wedding on the Ruffled Blog with lots of beautiful colours and berries – perfect for this time of year! http://ruffledblog.com/fall-wedding-inspiration-with-berries/
Have a wonderful weekend!
