One of my favourite wedding trends at the moment is for bridal separates instead of wedding dresses. Although I think the trend lends itself to a more casual wedding look there are also some beautiful structured wedding separates out there for brides who wish to keep with a more formal wedding look.

Some of my favourite looks include t-shirt style tops and more ‘bridal’ looking tulle and fringed skirts for that perfect balance between bridal and relaxed. These looks lend themselves perfectly to a modern city wedding or for a more relaxed bohemian feel and if you want something really different then look at the white shirt tucked in for the top half! Stunning! For the braver … and more toned among you then a shorter cropped top adds a quirky modern feel.

So here are some of favourite bridal separates from designers at the moment …

These are just a few of my favourite designer options but there are lots of alternatives out there if you are on more of a budget. Try looking on ASOS.com for some gorgeous tulle skirts which can be pared with a simple white t-shirt or you could try Coast or Monsoon who often have beautiful skirts and tops.

Happy weekend!
