Today I wanted to have a look at the growing trend for brides to have not one but two wedding dresses for their big day! With more and more people wanting to have a really fun party or something different than the norm in the evening on their wedding day, many more brides are considering a ‘Reception Dress’.

I personally think if you’ve got the budget for two dresses its a great idea. Spending the evening whilst you’re trying to dance and have a party in a large dress can prove annoying … and pretty difficult for toilet breaks!
Having a shorter, more casual but still distinctly ‘bridal’ dress for the evening can be a fantastic option.
