Wow it’s getting super busy here at Knots & Kisses at the moment! Hence the lack of blog posts on Friday and Saturday – so massive apologies for that! Not only are there still lots of lovely stationery orders to work on but we are getting ready to move to our new home in Torquay on the 16th April. As you can imagine its a bit crazy, especially as we are spending our weekends doing renovations on the house so we can move in with some of the rooms ready to go and decorated.
I love being busy though so its fantastic that I’ve had so many lovely bespoke orders to work on this year. These have ranged from clients who want a full bespoke design from scratch to those who just want small changes to an existing range. Today’s client Suzanne decided on the later – changing my Ombre range to a gorgeous pink and gold ombre scheme to better suit her wedding theme. As well as changing the floral details to a stronger pink flower I also added a belly band detail with their initials to tie the Day Invitation packs together.
The design also came with some pink Ombre rsvp cards which were pre-addressed to Suzanne and Lee for their guests to fill in and return easily. I always find this makes it so much easier for guests and hopefully you won’t be chasing lots of rsvps after the rsvp date! A information card completed the look, with the belly band in a pink and gold ombre mottled watercolour effect.
